WEBSTER, Wilma Lee (nee: Skaggs), 71, of Dayton, passed away on Friday December 23, 2022 at Hospice of Dayton. Born March 12, 1951 in Magoffin County, KY to Ollie and Merilene (nee: Blanton) Skaggs. She was an avid fan of UK basketball and always watched when they were playing. She also loved Ohio State Football (O-H-I-O). Preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her mother, her daughters, Lorie (Homer Vaughn) Webster of West Carrollton, OH and Tracy (Doug) Ruedisueli of Beavercreek, OH, her two sisters, Amy (Terry) Tranter of Maineville, OH and Denise Sayre of Delaware, OH and her 3 grandchildren, Lexie, Aubrey and Andrew Ruedisueli. She loved the ocean. One of the places she loved the most was sitting on her favorite swing beachside in Hilton Head Island watching the waves crash with Lorie. Her other favorite place was anywhere with her grandbabies who she loved more than anything. She loved her friends and family deeply and was filled with kindness and compassion. She will be deeply missed. We love her to the moon and back.

A graveside service will be on Friday December 30, 2022 at 11 AM at the Morrow Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held in Wilma's honor at a later date.
