GOETZ, Wilma Jean (nee: Welch), passed away on Sunday December 20, 2020 at Otterbein Maineville. Born August 4, 1932 in Knoxville, TN to Horace and Almedia (nee: Kirkland) Welch, she worked for many years as an office administrator for several area companies. Preceded in death by her parents and her two sisters, Lois Breeden and Jo Ann Wayman,  she is survived by her daughter and son in law, Donna and Bernie Maphet of Lebanon. A private service will be held by the family at a later date. Arrangements by the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
