William Edgar Standridge, 79, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at his residence. Born on February 14, 1945 to Edgar and Mary  (nee: Stallings) in Evansville, IN, Bill retired from Fischer Price Toys, NY, where he worked as an Engineer in charge of making molds for the toys that were being built. A lover of astronomy, Bill had his own Observatory built in his backyard. He had a machine shop equipped basement where he would help neighbors build machined parts and he loved showing friends how that was done. He loved his fur babies, Mercedes (lab), Elise (Carrin terrier) and Bella (Schnauzer).

Preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Ronald Standridge and one sister, Charlotte Standridge.

He is survived by his wife, Jo (nee: Price) Standridge, one sister, Sharon Maikranz, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 1:00 PM-2:00 PM at Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home. Interment will be in Lebanon Cemetery.
