William Francis Falknor, born March 25, 1936 in Greenville, Ohio to Donald and Edith (Allread) Falknor, died suddenly on December 4, 2022 at Bethesda North Hospital following a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his parents and infant brother Don and two sisters, Donna and Mary Lou.

He is survived by his wife, love of his life Marsha, daughters Amy Simons (Michael), Jodi Falknor (Susan Hatch), grandsons Kevin Cornett and Nick Simons, sister Doris Huebschman and numerous family members and friends. Bill held many positions with the Ralph J Stolle Company for 45 years and served as President of the parent company during his last few years of service. He also served as an Officer in the United States Navy and was on the Board and a Trustee for many years at the Ralph J. Stolle Countryside YMCA in Lebanon.

Services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the Lebanon Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his name to the Mary Jo Cropper Family Center for Breast Care or the Ralph J. Stolle Countryside YMCA.
