William K Evans, 62, of Franklin, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at his residence.  Born on August 26, 1960 to Norman and Joan (nee: Kleinhans) Evans in Niagara Falls, NY.  William was a graduate of Upper Moreland High School in Hatboro, PA.  He had his own home improvement business where he was able to share his passion for helping others.  When he wasn't working he enjoyed time with friends and family especially his vacations at the Jersey Shore. He loved photography and capturing the sunrises on the beach.  He also enjoyed working on his yard and his truck, spending time with his dog, Jude and his grand doggies Shasta and Arden.  William was known by many as someone who always wanted to help.  If you needed a hand with anything, he was there for you.  He was cherished by many people and will be missed.

Preceded in death by his father, he is survived by his mother, his wife Pamela (nee: Serfass) Evans, daughter Amanda (Timothy) Onady, brother Robert (Marie) Evans, sisters Michelle (George) Donofry, and Linda Evans.

Celebration of life, Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 5PM- 6:30PM at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.  Family and friends are welcome to gather at the family's home afterwards.  In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the American Lung Association.

A Sunrise Beach Tribute to Bill will be held on Saturday July 22, 2023 at 5:30am at the 38th Street Beach, Sea Isle City, NJ 08243 Interment will follow at 12:00 PM at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002.
