WHITE, Vivian (nee: Tartt) of Lebanon, died Monday, November 27, 2017. Born to Archie and Lucile (nee: Currey) Tartt in Kings Mills, OH. Vivian was a 1939 graduate of Kings Mills High School, she worked for Lou Rohmor the former Mayor of Lebanon for 28 years and was an assistant to Neil Armstrong for 33 years. She enjoyed collecting antiques, playing Bridge, she was the first women in Warren County to hold a Real Estate license and was honored by being chosen as Women of the Year in 1980 by the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce. Vivian was an active member in the Town and Country Garden Club holding many positions in office as well as the Lebanon Council of Garden Clubs and the Lebanon Business & Professional Women's Club.

Preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Archie Eugene Tartt.

Vivian is survived by her two daughters, Lois (Doug) Stovall of Lebanon and Margie (Gene) Bustle of Morrow, three grandchildren, Arthur William (Marianne) Freeze, Barry Neal (Ethel) Freeze and Robert Christopher (fiancé Wendy Walker)Collins, four great- grandchildren, Justin Sutherland, Barry Langley, Jeremy Langley and Dylan Pittman, two great great- granddaughter, Lucy Langley and Jesse Langley and several caring step grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 29 ^th from 10:00-11:00AM at Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 at Turtlecreek Cemetery. Arrangements made by Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
