ELLIOTT, Virginia G. (nee: Dye), known as "GG" to her grandchildren and  great-grandchildren, 92, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Cedar Village Nursing Home in Mason, OH. She was born January 30, 1929 to Cecil and Desda (nee: Emerson) Dye in Somerset, KY. Virginia was a caring woman of God. She was a life time member of the Mason VFW and a member of South Lebanon Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her husband, Pirk, her family and her friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Pirk G. Elliott, her son, William Elliott, her brothers, Bobby, Jesse and Virtis Dye and her sister, Willa Shockey.

Survivors include, her son, Garrett (Mindy) Elliott, her daughters, Betty Grippa, Patricia Creech, and Debra (Curt) Stacey, her brother, Danny Dye, her sisters, Colleen Combs, Ila Simmons and Ina York, 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 17, 2021 from 11AM – 12PM (NOON) with services immediately following, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment will take place at Rose Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or Wounded Warrior Project.
