APPEL, Travis Michael, age 31, of South Lebanon, Ohio passed of natural causes at home on Friday, August 27 ^th , 2021. Born on August 14 ^th , 1990 to Thomas and Tina (nee: Heinlein) Appel at Bethesda Oak, in Cincinnati, OH. He was a 2009 graduate of Kings High School and a former member of the Lebanon Eagles.

Preceded in death by his Father, Paternal Grandmother, Mary Katherine Mills, Maternal Grandparents, Leroy and Rose (nee: Conger) Heinlein. 2 Uncles, Ralph and Charles "Chuckie" Heinlein, 4 Aunts, Janet Sue Heinlein, Patricia "Patti" Ann Heinlein-Taylor, Sharon Kay Heinlein-Atkins, and Cathy Lynn Heinlein-Deatherage, 2 Cousins, Matthew and Ben Taylor.

Survived by his Loving Mother, 1 Brother, Tyler Appel of South Lebanon, 1 Sister, Tess (Brian) Owens of Lebanon, OH. 3 Nephews, Brayden, Holden, and Colton Owens, and 1 Niece, Autumn Owens, 6 Uncles, 2 Aunts, Several Cousins, and a Host of Friends.

Travis enjoyed fishing, Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, NASCAR Racing, and his Bud Light.

Visitation,  Friday, September 3, 2021 from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM with a funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home with Brother Jeff Kilburn officiating. Interment will take place in Fellowship Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the family to help with final expenses.
