WINANS, Thomas Jerred, 78, of Lebanon, OH, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2021 at Kettering Medical Center. Born on December 23, 1942 to Jerred and Margaret (nee: Palmer) Winans in Lebanon, OH, Tom graduated from Lebanon High School in 1960 and the University of Cincinnati, with Bachelors Degree 1964, where he later worked as an Accountant. As a child of God, Tom was a longtime active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Middletown, OH. He loved sports, enjoyed golfing, researching and visiting Civil war sites, and spending time with his family.

Preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Judy (nee: Winans) Ward, he is survived by his loving family, his wife of 30 years, Joyce (nee: Scott) Winans, step-son John (Amy) Maples, granddaughter Rachel, step-daughter Jamie Kirby, grandsons, Jesse Ridout and Jered Kirby, Daughters Julie (David) Critzer from Cleveland, grandchildren Melanie and Maddie, Jennifer (Steve) Miller from Rochester NY, grandchildren Ben, Sam, Kate, Jackie (Nick) D'Ercole from Raleigh NC, grandchildren Caroline and Max. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Visitation, Wednesday, June 23, 2021 from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM with a service on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 1:00 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment will take place in Lebanon Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.hoskinsfh.com .
