Thomas "Chris" Fitzgerald, 66, of South Lebanon, Ohio, passed away at home on February 11, 2026.

Chris was born on July 2, 1959, in Long Island, New York, to Gerald and Mary Jean Fitzgerald. He built a life rooted in love and loyalty, and he cherished the family he and Nancy created together in their 39 years of marriage.

Chris will be remembered for the simple joys that made him happiest—country music playing in the background, time spent fishing, his dog Griffey, and cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals. More than anything, he was a steady presence: devoted to his family, proud of his children, and endlessly grateful for his grandchildren.

He is survived by his beloved wife Nancy; his daughter, Brittany (Tom); his son, Zack (Hannah); and his cherished grandchildren, Renly, Addison, Harlow, Millie, and Delaney. He is also survived by his brothers, Gerry (Laurel) and Patrick, his sisters, Meg (Rick) and Polly. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis.

A Celebration of Life open house will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at Valley Vineyards, 2276 US 22, Morrow, OH 45152.
