COX, Thomas "Tom" Anthony, 76, of Lebanon, died on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Bethesda North Hospital. Born on July 28, 1945 to Thomas and Antoinette (nee: Stauble) Cox in Cincinnati, OH. Tom worked for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati as a former priest and educator and enjoyed his retirement job at Miami Valley Gaming. Tom was also a dedicated member of the National Ski Patrol and served as a patroller for 30 years at Perfect North Slopes. He is an alumnus of Archbishop McNicholas High School, The Athenaeum of Ohio, and Xavier University.

Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his wife of 33 years, Donna (nee: Roth) Cox, four daughters, Rachel Cox of San Antonio, TX, Elizabeth Cox of Cincinnati, OH, Jessica Cox (Fiancé Eric Schuler) of Covington, KY, Justine Cox of San Antonio, TX, his son, Anthony Cox (Fiancé Courtney Lampkin) of Lebanon, OH, one grandson, Alijah Joseph Cox, and sister-in-law, Sherry (nee: Roth) Dumstorf of Jeffersonville, IN.

Visitation, Friday, December 17, 2021 from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.  If Tom officiated at your wedding or a baptism, the family has requested you bring a photo to the visitation to add to the memory board. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 1:00 PM at St. Francis de Sales Church (20 Desales Ave, Lebanon, OH) with Father Tom DiFolco presiding. The family is requiring masks be worn at both the visitation and funeral.
