Sloane Mackenzie Haynes, 16, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at her residence. Born on January 18, 2008 to Stacy (nee: Crowdus) Haynes in Cincinnati, OH, Sloane was a talented, creative and beautiful young lady.

Preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Carolyn "Mimi" Crowdus. She is survived by her mother, Stacy Haynes, her twin brother, Quinton Haynes, maternal grandfather, Jerry Crowdus of Owensboro, KY, her uncle, Jeff Crowdus of Mineral Bluff, GA, her aunt, Katina Brawner of Henderson, KY, two cousins, Cati and Clay Brawner and her Big Sister, Kelly Mullins.

A Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow in Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati, 2400 Reading Road, Suite 126, Cincinnati, OH 45202 or to the Children's Advocacy Center of Warren County, 320 E.
