Shirley Anne (nee: Talmadge) Klose, 89, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at Otterbein in Lebanon. Born on June 5, 1934 to Gerald and Rhea (nee: Myers) Talmadge in West Salem, OH.   Shirley loved reading, doing puzzles and spending time with her beloved cat, Sophie.

Preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter, her significant other, David Borders and her brother, Kenneth Talmadge. She is survived by her three daughters, Debbie (Mark Russell) Strawser of Cincinnati, OH, Melanie (Tom) Gallimore of Centerville, OH, and Lisa (Mark Creason) Schauer of Springboro, OH and one grandchild, Brad Schauer.

Visitation, Wednesday, May 8, 2024 from 5:30 PM-6:00 PM with a memorial service at 6:00 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon  In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the SICSA pet adoption and wellness center. Donate here.
