DANIELS, Seth Allan, 42, of Lebanon passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 10, 2020 in Dayton, OH. Born December 14, 1977 in Middletown, OH to Allan and Connie (nee: Alexander) Daniels, he was a 1996 graduate of Middletown High School. Seth was employed with High Concrete in Springboro. Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, David "Pete" Alexander and Margie Reynolds, he is survived by his parents, his paternal grandparents, Robert and Betty Daniels, his brother, Matt Daniels, his three daughters, Harper Marie, Ava Gale, and Emma Raye Daniels, his significant other, Carissa Tuttle and extended family, Aiden Lee Matthew Hembree and Kasara Anna Gail Hembree. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 from 12:30-1:30 PM with funeral service immediately following at 1:30 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Reverend Mike Amburgy officiating. Interment will follow in Lebanon Cemetery.  Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, Masks and social distancing is required.
