JOHNSON, Scott Douglas Zeiters, 29, of Lebanon, Ohio, passed away and became a hero, due to him being an organ donor, on Thursday, December 30, 2021. Born on April 14, 1992 to Ricky and Vonda (nee: Zeiters) Johnson in Huntington, WV, Scott was a wonderful father, son, fiancé and brother. He loved spending time with his fiancé and his kids, which he loved taking them to the park. He had a huge heart, was witty, the life of the party and an adrenaline junkie. He was very athletic, liked playing basketball and his video games. He was very proud of his younger brother who he loved spending time with. The light of his life was his family, including his dog "Shoog" and he loved his grandma "Memom", who he is spending eternity in heaven with now. Scott lived a fulfilled life and was loved and will be missed by so many.

He is survived by his parents, his fiancé, Jessica Johnson, one son, Raiden Johnson, one daughter, Grace Merz, one brother, Ryan Johnson, his cousin, Shawn Zeiters, maternal grandfather, David Zeiters and his paternal grandmother, Carolyn Johnson.
