BISHOP, Ruby Ann (nee: Musser), 59, of South Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 In Dayton VA Medical Center. Born March 16, 1964 to Donna (nee: Linkhart) Musser, she was a 1982 graduate of Lebanon High School.

She is survived by her mother, Donna Musser, Her son Christopher (Jackie) Dotson of Lebanon, OH, her daughter Christine Deckard of Lebanon, OH, her brothers, John (Margaret) Musser of Waynesville, OH, and Jim (Jill) Musser of Lebanon, OH, her sister Sally Musser of Kentucky and her grandchildren, Peyton Dotson and Coda Markowich.

Ruby was a member of the US Army. She served the Lebanon City Schools community as a bus driver for over a decade. She was one of those rare souls you come across who had a kind heart. She went out of her way to help those when they needed assistance without expecting anything in return. She was a devoted mother who put her children above all else so that they could thrive in today's world. To further show her kindness she took on the role of caregiver for a small cat colony of abandoned kittens in her community. She loved and tenderly cared for them as if they were her own. She was a fighter giving everything her all whether it be her job or facing her cancer diagnosis she fought with all she had and then some. Unfortunately, the cancer won out and she passed away. The family will have a graveside inurnment at the Lebanon Cemetery on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 4:00 pm. Arrangements by Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
