Rosemary Egelston (nee:Blankenship), 75, of Lebanon passed away on Monday November 24th, 2025 at Otterbein Lebanon. Born February 14th, 1950 in Campton, Kentucky to Henry and Rose (nee: Bush) Blankenship. She was a 1968 graduate of Middletown High School. Rosemary spent several years as a pre-kindergarten teacher for the Warren County Head Start program before retiring in 2012. An active member of the West Side Church of Christ, she was proud of the time she spent with her husband Marty at a leper colony in Thailand. She also volunteered at Hospice of Middletown for several years.

Preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Herman Caudill and Kenneth Blankenship, as well as her sister Geraldine Gibson. Survived by her husband of 57 years, Marty Egelston of Lebanon, two daughters: Tracy (Kevin) Conley and Dawn (Chris) Rhoden, one brother James Henry Blankenship (Gloria), one sister, Kathy Weatherwax (Paul), six grandchildren: Madyson (Tyler) Westlund, Chris (Anna) Conley, Noah Hollon, Kyle (Destiny) Conley, Carson Conley, and Kennedi Conley, and one great grandchild, Crew Westlund as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation, Wednesday November 26th, 2025 from 11:00am to 1:00pm with funeral services immediately following, all at West Side Church of Christ with Michael Dawson officiating. Interment follows at Lebanon Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to either the American Alzheimer's Association or West Side Church of Christ. Arrangements by the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
