IRONS, Ronald Lee, 81, of Lebanon passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Bethesda North Hospital. Born February 2, 1942 in Lebanon, OH to Leon and Mildred Louise (nee: Dunn) Irons, Ron owned and operated Irons Fruit Farm for the past several decades. A longtime 4H leader, Ron also attended Bethany United Church of Christ.

Preceded in death by his parents and an infant son, Matthew Ronald Irons, he is survived by his wife of 57 years, Gayle (nee: Turnau) Irons, his son, Bill (Beth) Irons of Lebanon, his daughter, Denise Louise Simon of Manatou Beach, MI, his sister, Linda Wiggers of Centerville, OH and his five grandchildren, Nolan, Macy, Savannah and Kailee Irons and Daniel Simon.

Visitation, Tuesday, May 2, 2023 from 10 AM until 12 Noon with a funeral service immediately following at 12 Noon at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home in Lebanon. Reverend John Shonle officiating. Memorial donations are requested to the either the American Heart Association or to Bethany United Church of Christ.
