RUSSELL, Robert Larry, 81, of Russell Springs, KY and formerly of the Lebanon area passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland in Somerset, KY. Born September 28, 1942 in Lebanon, OH to Lyle and Anna Mary (nee: Flannery) Russell, he was a 1960 graduate of Lebanon High School. An avid race car and drag racing fan, Larry enjoyed houseboating and fishing and being outdoors. He retired from NCR in 1996 after 35 years of service.
Preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Lyle Russell, JR, he is survived by his beloved wife, Lynne (nee: Childs) Russell, his son, Randy (Donna) Russell of Miamisburg, his daughter, Tracey (Randy) Rengering of Maineville, and his two grandchildren, Samantha Houtchens and Bayly Russell.
And his nephew, Mike Russell of Middletown.

Visitation, Friday, August 16, 2024 from 12 Noon until time of service at 1 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home in Lebanon. Entombment follows in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to any charity of your choice involving animals, children or veterans.
