ROOKS, Robert L., 75, of Blanchester, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 at Continental Manor. Born on February 5, 1945 to Reason Thomas and Virgil Mabel (nee: Cecil) Rooks in Waynesville, OH. Bob is preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Rooks and three sisters, Betty Wilks, Vera Garcia and Shirley Thorp, he is survived by one sister, Helen Applegate and several nieces and nephews.
