KOLTHOFF, Robert Daniel, 81, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at his residence. Born on May 7, 1939 to Daniel and Eunice (nee: Kerster) in Clay Center, OH, he retired from the Ohio State Highway Patrol after 30 years of service. Robert was a member of the Elks and the Warren County FOP Lodge 103.

Preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Vicki Sue (nee: Priest) Kolthoff, one son, Michael Kolthoff, one daughter, Robin Kolthoff and one sister, Dolores Heisner. He is survived by his three sons, David (Marilyn) Kolthoff of Fishers, IN, Timothy Kolthoff of Canton, OH, James (Deb) Kolthoff of Colorado Springs, CO. and two grandsons John Kolthoff and Samuel Kolthoff.
