BRANDENBURG, Reba Catherine, 101, of Maineville, died on Thursday November 12, 2020 at Otterbein. Born January 21, 1919 in Lee County, KY to Malcolm and Dema (nee: Evans) Brandenburg, she was a dedicated wife and mother. She was a charter member of the First Baptist Church in South Lebanon and was very active in all of the churches activities, including Choir and Sunday School. She loved to spend time with her family, and enjoyed gardening and sewing. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 1974 Nelson Brandenburg, one daughter, Myrtle Carmack, four brothers, Omer, Woodrow, Jack and Frank, and two sisters, Cleta Piercy and Martha Hall. She is survived by her son, Bill (Linda) Brandenburg of Mt Orab, OH, her daughter, Paula Brandenburg of South Lebanon, five grandchildren, Jim, Jerry (Sharon), Cathy (Walter), Kevin (Wanda) and Kim (Eddie), 11 great grandchildren, and 15 great great grandchildren. Visitation, Monday, November 16, 2020 from 10 AM until 11 AM with a funeral service following at 11 AM, all at the First Baptist Church in South Lebanon. Memorial donations are requested to the church. Pastor David Frasure officiating. Interment follows in Deerfield Cemetery in South Lebanon. Arrangements by the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
