Phyllis Maxine Minton, 81, died March 25, 2021. Born May 25, 1939 in Chemical Town, West Virginia to Charles and Bitha (nee Keener) Welch. She was a wife, mother, homemaker and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband, Walter Minton and parents, numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her brother, Gary Welch, five sons, Bill Minton, Walter Minton, Jr., Rick (Faith) Minton, Vic Minton and Doug (Sharon) Minton and her three daughters Teri Evers, Linda (Jeff) Manley, Lori Minton Atkinson and 18 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 29, 2021 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM with a funeral service immediately following at 1:00 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment follows in Lebanon Cemetery. Online condolences at www.hoskinsfh.com .
