Patricia Lynn (nee: Galbraith) Gollhofer, 81, of Morrow, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown. Born on June 4, 1945 to Thomas and Irene (nee: Fee) Galbraith in Walla Walla, WA.
Preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Thomas Galbraith. She is survived by her son, Jason (Beth) Calcidise and her daughter, Kim Calcidise, and her grandchildren, Sophia (Mike) Kenney, Alfred Fredrick Reidinger V, Sarah (Adam) Rusche, Chad Hill and Jessica Hill, and her great- grandchildren, Lilly Kenney, Alfred Fredrick Reidiner VI and Grant Rusche.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM with a memorial service at 11:00 AM at Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow.
