CREECH, Patricia Ann (nee: Baird), 90, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021. Born on October 15, 1930 to Merten and Irene (nee: Unglesby) Baird in Dayton, OH, Patricia was a member of the Lebanon Presbyterian Church where she spent her time volunteering with many organizations and committees within the church.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gerald Creech and one granddaughter, Jennifer Kynkor.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Steven (Becky) Creech of Lebanon, one daughter, Rebecca (Mike) Young of Mason, four grandchildren, Josh (Sarah) Creech, Carrie Creech, Erin Young and Ryan Young and two great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Will Creech.

Visitation, Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM with a service beginning at 12:00 PM all at the Lebanon Presbyterian Church.  Reverend Peter Larson officiating, interment will follow in Lebanon Cemetery.
