Nancy Lee (nee: Henderson) Swank, 85, of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025 at Miami Valley Hospital. Born on September 23, 1939 to James Ivan and Ella Frances (nee: Werline) Henderson in Red Lion, OH. Nancy worked as a Registered Nurse for many years and before retirement, she was the Director of Nursing at Miami Valley Hospital.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles Swank and one brother, Ivan Dean Henderson. She is survived by her two sons, Charles (Kim) Swank of Lebanon and Chris (Erin) Swank of Lebanon, four grandchildren, Darius (Sarah) Swank and Brayden, Avery and Archie Swank and her nephew, James (Terri) Henderson.

Visitation, Friday, February 7, 2025 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM with a funeral service immediately following, at 12:00 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice of Dayton.
