Our Mother and Grandmother Nancy (Bargar) Patrick, 83, of Lebanon

and formerly of Knox, IN passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 15,

2023. Born January 26, 1940, in Columbus, OH to Dwight and Martha

Mae (Flach) Bargar. A longtime Teacher's Aide retiring from Knox City

School District and a member of the United Methodist Women. She

enjoyed spending time with family and friends, making cards and was

able to create genealogy books for her family.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John Floyd Patrick and

her grandson, Ryan Patrick. She is survived by her three sons, Dwight

(Shelli) Patrick, Wade (Amy) Patrick and Trent (Mary) Patrick her

brother, Phil (Sherry) Bargar, eight grandchildren (two from marriage),

four great grandchildren and many in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews

and many close friends.

A "Celebration of Life" will take place at a later date in the Dayton

National Cemetery where she will be reunited with her soulmate

husband. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be sent

to "Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati". Arrangements
