Nancy Anne (nee: Hindman) Blaylock, 77, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at UC West Chester Hospital.  Born on December 6, 1946 to Fred and Patricia Mae (nee: Witham) Hindman in Lima, OH.

Preceded in death by her parents, she is survived by son, Chuck (Beth) Blaylock, daughter, Amy (Jerry) Ball, sister, Rebecca (Jeffrey) Handorf, and grandchildren, Emma Ball and Sophia Ball.
