ULLUM, Michele K. (nee: Kamps)

Michele Kamps Ullum, a lifelong resident of Lebanon, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 6, 2024, at the age of 81. Born on September 17, 1943, to Everett and Mary Alice (nee: Robinson) Kamps, Michele dedicated her life to family, friends, and the community she loved.

Upon graduating from Lebanon High School, Michele worked for 35 years at Mead Paper Company, retiring in 2002. Michele's dedication and strong work ethic left a lasting impression on her colleagues and friends.

Upon retiring, Michele continued to stay active volunteering at the Warren County Genealogy Society and the Lebanon Junior High School Media Center. A member of Lebanon Methodist Church, Michele found joy in her time with the church's quilting group.

Michele's greatest joy was her family. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Thomas Ullum; her parents, Everett and Mary Alice Kamps; and her sister, Sherry Thomson. She leaves sons Eli Ullum of Lebanon and Sam (Angie) Ullum of Hilliard; granddaughters Maggie and Abby; sister Karmen Vradelis; and brother, Chris (Beverly) Kamps.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home in Lebanon. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, with a memorial service immediately following.
