KUNTZ, Michael Wayne, 61, of Lebanon, died Thursday April 1, 2021. Born October 1, 1959 to Paul and Lillian (nee: Blevins) Kuntz. He was a 1978 graduate of Lebanon High School and received a Bachelor's Degree from Miami University in 1984. He attended Lifehouse Church in Lebanon, was a CCW Instructor, an NRA member, active with the Circle Tail in Morrow and was self-employed as a CPA for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Kathryn (nee: Wallace) Kuntz, he is survived by his brother, Barry (Rhonda) Kuntz of Lebanon, his sister, Angela (Curt) Day of Waynesville, his nieces, Jayla Wallingford, Tabitha Day, Molly Kuntz, and Abigail Tuck, great nephew and niece, Caiden and Haven Tuck, brothers -in-law, Larry Beebe, Dale (Tricia) Beebe, and David (Donna) Beebe, and his sister- in-law, Pat Wallace.

A visitation will be held on Monday, April 12, 2021 from 10 until 11 AM with a Celebration of Life Service immediately following, all at the Lifehouse Church, 2234 Utica Road, Lebanon, OH 45036.
