DICKHAUT, Mary Ann (nee: Rodgers), 90, of Lebanon passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Otterbein Lebanon. Born June 1, 1932 in Terre Haute, IN to Clinton Edward and Ruth Elizabeth (nee: Colyer) Rodgers, she was a dedicated wife and mother. She worked as a nurse and as a paralegal throughout her professional career before retiring.  While employed as a paralegal for Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals in Cincinnati, Ohio she was responsible for the preparation of trial materials in several large multi-district trials all over the United States during the 1980s.   Mary Dickhaut is preceded in death by her parents, her son, John Edward "Jed" Dickhaut, her brothers, Edward and Harold Rodgers and her sister, Ruth Elizabeth Mosier,  she is survived by her husband, Richard Dickhaut of Lebanon, her son,  William Andrew (Laura) Dickhaut of Cincinnati, OH, one daughter, Lisa Anne (Richard) Kenter of Maineville, OH, one sister Janet Cunningham of Bedford, IN, six grandchildren, Adam (Tatum), Thomas (Sarah), Eric (Kelsey), Jennifer, Geoffrey and Matthew and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Cohen, Miles and Remy. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
