Mark Andrew Connelly, 60, of Blanchester passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. Born May 13, 1964 in Cincinnati, OH to Robert and Mary (nee: Willenborg) Connelly, he was a devoted animal lover. He had spent many hours and was involved in several animal rescue groups and was always available to help with any transport needs. Mark was also active in several area FB groups involving property preservation, where his expertise and good humor were always valued and will now be sorely missed. He owned and operated Field Audit Services for several years and had previously worked as a lineman for several cable and utility companies. His last employment had been as an Insurance Investigator for PRG.

Mark was loud, brazen, and full of life, and his presence filled every room he entered. He loved his family with fierce and  unconditional devotion, always jumping to help in any way he could, wherever he was needed. He found endless joy and contentment in life's simple pleasures, especially listening to music with a good drink in hand, and sharing a laugh with loved ones. Most importantly, he was a faithful Catholic who loved his God above all things and thanked Him daily for his life's abundant blessings.

Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his loving life partner, Kim Mandel, his son, Alex Connelly, his daughter, Jordan Connelly, his stepson, Chris Mandel, his sisters, Kathy (nee: Connelly) Hanson and Colleen (Bob) (nee: Connelly) Barcheski, his grandchildren, Skylar Mandel and Manny Mandel, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 5 until 7 PM at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home in Morrow. Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 10:30AM at St Philip the Apostle Church, 944 US 22 and 3, Morrow OH 45152.
