Letcher Combs

Letcher Combs, 81, of South Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. Born on July 15, 1945, to Robert and Mary Jane (Bishop) Combs in Ricetown, KY, Letcher retired from GM and enjoyed fishing in his younger years; he was known for his ability to fix just about anything. After retirement, he enjoyed relaxing and the simple pleasures of life. Preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, David, Charlie, and Max Combs, and two sisters, Beatrice Abner and Georgia Moyers, he is survived by his wife of 56 years, Geneva (Marshall) Combs; three sons, Jamie, Chad, and Kevin Combs; his daughter, Amy Combs; three brothers, Willie, Oakley, and Chester Combs; and his granddaughter, Kayla Combs. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Deerfield Cemetery.
