Keith McIntosh, 59, of South Lebanon, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024 at his residence with his family by his side. Born on August 3, 1965 to Henley and Mildred (nee: Bryant) McIntosh in Lebanon, OH, Keith enjoyed watching football, playing cards and spending time with his family & friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Jennifer Reed and one brother-in-law, Jon Cooper. He is survived by his son, Keith Todd McIntosh II of South Lebanon, three daughters, Deborah (Camron) Mockabee of South Lebanon, Katelyn (Mark) Bolle of South Lebanon, Sarah (Chris) McIntosh of Morrow, his significant other, Hannah Clark, one sister, Diana Cooper, one brother-in-law, Jerry Reed, 9 grandchildren, Carson, Owen, Cameron, Olivia, Connor, Addilyn, Mila, Sienna and Liam and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation, Friday, December 20, 2024 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM with a funeral service at 12:00 PM, all at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow. Interment will immediately follow in Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon.
