Mountin-Wolfe, Katherine Ann "Katie", 60, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday March 3, 2021 at her residence. Born June 14, 1960 in Milwaukee, WI to Gilbert and Arlene (nee:  Merrill) Mountin, she was attending St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. She had been working for many years as an Radiological Technologist for Tri Health, mostly working at Bethesda Arrow Springs. Preceded in death by her father, survivors include her mother, her son, Ethan (Toni) Mountin-Wolfe of Lebanon, her two grandchildren, William and Jasmine Wolfe, one brother, John (Judith) Mountin and two sisters, Joan (Tom) Heinrich and Maureen (Jerry) Quinn. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations are directed to the Mental Health and Recovery Center of Warren County, 212 Cook Road, Lebanon, OH 45036.
