DAVIS, Joyce C. "Mimi" (nee: Kennedy), 89, of Morrow took her heavenly flight on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on April 15, 1933, in Bradford, PA to Thomas Robert and Cordelia Lorretta Kennedy (nee: Keyes). Mimi spent 20+ years greeting shoppers at Meijer, was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star and spent 17+ years as a Girl Scout leader. She enjoyed traveling with her family and friends which often led to precious memories and frequent U-bangies.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Lawrence E. "Jack" Davis, and her brother Thomas "TJ" Kennedy. She is survived by her son, Thomas and Donna Davis of South Lebanon, her daughter, Darlene and Donald Allen of Morrow; 4 grandchildren, Sarah Davis, Matthew and Kristen Allen, Cody and Kimberly Allen, Scott and Morgan Davis; and 3 great-grandchildren, Braxton Davis, Tatum Davis, and Leah Fisher.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 10am to 12 noon with a funeral service immediately following at Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home in Morrow, Ohio with Pastor Randy Ballard officiating. Interment to follow at Deerfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Mimi requested donations be made to Kings Point Church of God or Hospice of Cincinnati.
