BALSLEY, Joseph Andrew, JR, 51, passed away Friday, October 8, 2021 at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, OH. Joseph was born September 2, 1970 in Orange County, FL to Bertha (nee: Scheurmann) and Joseph A. Balsley SR. Joseph graduated from Lebanon High School in 1988 where he was in ROTC. He was a Machine operator for DA/Lite Screen Company for most of his life. In 1999, Joseph married the love of his life, Pam (nee: Barnthouse) Balsley. Joseph loved the Mason Bowl Leagues and playing golf.

He is preceded in death by his mother and his uncle, Robert Balsley.

He is survived by his father, Joseph A. Balsley SR, his step-father, Steve Herrin, his wife, Pam Balsley, his step-sister, Holly Meier, his daughters, Patience (Ryan Byrge) Monce, Beverly (Abraham Acevedo) Bryant, Luci Bryant, 13 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
