SIZEMORE, John Michael, Jr., 63, of Carlisle, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at the Atrium Medical Center. Born on September 25, 1957 to John Sr. and Willa Raye (nee: Eldridge) Sizemore in Dayton, OH, Mike enjoyed playing guitar, singing and spending time outdoors.

Preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Tonya Sizemore, he is survived by his daughter, Casandra Bates of Franklin, TN, one brother, Terry (Stephanie) Sizemore, three sisters, Cheryl Doliboa, Robin Sizemore and Lisa (Barry) Howard, one grandson, Lucas Bates and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation, Friday, January 8, 2021 from 1:00-2:00 PM with a memorial service beginning at 2:00 PM all at the Oswald-Haskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
