John Robert Bell

BELL, John Robert, 73, of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2026 at his home. Born August 24, 1952 in Cincinnati, OH to Earl William and Mary Eleanor (nee: Monahan) Bell, he retired from Patheon Pharmaceutical Company. Always a social person, he enjoyed the comradery of his teammates on the company softball team, as well as playing softball with his friend group, until his body said “Enough!” at the age of 30. John loved spending time with his family and many friends.

Preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Dennis (Mary nee: Wilz)Bell. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Laura (nee: Tritsch), his daughter, Kelli Tucker, his sister, Deb (Phil) Ober, his grandchildren, Cassidy Todd and Emily Todd, and his great granddaughter, Luna Brooks.

Inurnment will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM in St. Mary’s Cemetery in St. Bernard.
