Jody Karen (nee: Morrison) Foster-Frasik, 70, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at Atrium Medical Center. Born on March 31, 1956 to Richard and Mary Lou (nee: Burton) Morrison in Middletown, OH.

Preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Richard Morrison, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Arthur W Frasik, Jr., one son, Benjamin Foster, one daughter, Mary Jean (Matthew) Govero, her special son, Danny Beachler, one step-son, Arthur W. (Brooke) Frasik, III, two step-daughters, Nichole (Terry) Johnson and Crystal (Jessica) Terry, and her grandchildren, Lillian Foster, Odin Foster, Noah Lunsford, Benson Foster, Penelope Foster, Braelyn Terry, Hannah Johnson and Haven Johnson.

Visitation, Monday, August 17 from 3:00 PM-5:00 PM with a memorial service at 5:00 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
