LAFOLLETTE, JoAnn Christian (nee: Chaney), 72, of Morrow passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at her home. Born March 7, 1953 in Cincinnati, OH to Jess and Susie (nee: Noe) Chaney, she was a 1971 graduate of Sycamore High School. She had worked for several different companies over the years in different capacities including Whitings, Head Start and Aero. Her most important job was being a wife to Lee and mother to Casie and Dustin

Preceded in death by her parents, she is survived by her husband of 50 years, Charles Lee LaFollette, her daughter, Casie (Silas) Shelton, her son, Dustin (Melissa) LaFollette, and her grandchildren Carson and Carly Shelton and Harrison, Olivia, and Ruby LaFollette and her brothers, Dennis Wayne (Susan) Chaney and Jim (Tina) Chaney and a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation, Wednesday, June 25, 2025 from 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM, all at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow. Interment follows in Morrow Cemetery. Memorial donations are requested to the American Cancer Society.
