Jerry Lee Carmack, 65, of South Lebanon, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024 at UC Hospital in Cincinnati. Born on March 29, 1959 to James and Myrtle (nee: Brandenburg) Carmack in Lebanon, OH, Jerry loved going fishing with his family, raising his chickens, helping others, and the family cats, Willy and Yukon Cornelius. Jerry loved the Lord and was a member of the First Baptist Church of South Lebanon.

Preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Angel, one brother, Jimmy Ray Carmack and one granddaughter, Rylyn. He  is survived by his wife, Sharon (nee: Barker) Carmack, his sons, Ryan (Lindsey) Carmack of Morrow, Tucker Carmack of South Lebanon, Dustin Carmack of Maineville, Donnie (Sarah) Locke Of South Lebanon, Barry (Lora) Choate of Lebanon and T.J. (Meagen) Choate of Wilmington, three sisters, Angel (Al) Reynolds, Cathy (Walter) Pittman, and Tammy (Danny) Taulbee and 9 grandchildren, Chase, Easton, Anders, Bear, Dylan, Carter, Presley, Dallas and Winnie.

Visitation, Tuesday, September 10, 2024 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM, all at the First Baptist Church of South Lebanon. Interment will follow in Deerfield Cemetery. Arrangements by the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
