SCHELER, Janette D (nee: Dykes), 87, of Lebanon, OH, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties.  Born on November 2, 1935 to Demmaree and Alma (nee: Fleenor) Dykes in Lockland, OH.  Janette was a 1953 graduate of Reading High School.  She was a member of New Freedom Church and a member of the order of the Eastern Star.  Janette was an avid reader and has performed in the church choir for many years.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Paul  Scheler, daughter, Karen Coyne, granddaughter, Katie M. Aylor.  She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Coyne, Kaye (John) Coffman, Karol (Jeff) Aylor, sister, Evette Burns, grandchildren, Jennifer, Joel (Jessica), Nicole, Erica (Antonio), great-grandchildren, Landen, Bentley, Maci, Cheyanne, Jackson, Kali, Kora and Rio.

Visitation, Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 10 AM- 11 AM with a service following at 11 AM all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home. Jeffrey Aylor to officiate the service.  Interment to follow in Lebanon Cemetery
