CARNES, Janet Dale (nee: Reed), 74, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Born on November 30, 1946 to Dale and Delphia (nee: McClure) Reed in Cincinnati, OH, Janet was a parishioner at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her daughter.

Preceded in death by her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Katy Hess of Norwood and her cousin, Mike Sublett.

Visitation, Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 9:00 AM-10:00 AM at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home. A mass will follow at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 10:30 AM.
