Ivan Clay McIntosh, 84, of Pleasant Plain, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Hospice of Cincinnati. Born on August 25, 1939 to Henry and Verna (nee: Baker) McIntosh in Austin, IN, Ivan retired from the US Air Force after 22 years of service.

Preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Imogene McIntosh, one daughter, Karen Diaz, two sisters, Josephine and Ilean and one grandson, Travys Griffith. He is survived by his son, Ken McIntosh of Pleasant Plain, his daughters, Amanda Starr of Middletown, Stephanie McIntosh of South Lebanon and Melyssa McIntosh, one son-in-law, Rei Diaz, 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM with a funeral service immediately following at 12:00 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment will follow in Lebanon Cemetery.
