KELSEY, Iona "Rose" (nee: Chadwell), 64, of South Lebanon, passed away at her residence on Sunday, March 7, 2021. Born on August 17, 1956 to David and Eva (nee: Connor) Chadwell in Richmond, KY, Rose worked as a nurse's aide for Pinecrest Nursing Home. She was a natural nurturer and loved helping people. Rose was an avid reader and enjoyed talking to neighbors, friends, and family. She would spend hours talking with her cousin , Kathy Joslin. She was a very outgoing person and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Preceded in death by her parents, her father, Joseph Cusick and her sister, Ann Marie Singleton, she is survived by her two sons, William Joseph Kelsey and his wife (Sherri) of South Lebanon, and Adam Everett Kelsey of Crittenden, KY and one grandson, Gabriel Kelsey.
