Herbert William Adams Jr, 57, of Lebanon passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 4, 2022 at his home. Born December 22, 1964 in West Union, OH to Herbert William Sr and Martha (nee: Kennedy) Adams, he was a 1983 graduate of Manchester High School. A proud US Marine Corps Veteran, Herbert retired in 2019 after 24 years with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters. An avid golfer, he played in the Green Crest Gold League and was a former member of Lebanon Masonic Lodge. Herbert was also an avid fan of The Ohio State University.

Preceded in death by his mother, he is survived by his father, his wife of 36 years, Diana (nee: Sampson) Adams of Lebanon, his son, Nathan (Cori) Adams of Loveland, OH, his daughter, Danielle Adams of Columbus, OH, his brother, Randy Adams of Manchester, OH, his sister, Marla (Charles) Clifford of Ottway, OH, and his grandchildren, Camren, Cole, Conner, and Wyatt Adams.

Visitation, Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 2-4 PM with funeral service immediately following at 4 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Reverend Mark Sage officiating. His ashes will be placed in the columbarium at the Dayton National Cemetery in several weeks.
