Henry "Hank" Constantine Fullan III, 77, of Middletown, OH, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Springhills of Middletown.  Born on April 30, 1946 in New York, NY to Henry Constantine Fullan Jr. and Violette F. (nee: LeBlanc) Fullan.  Hank was a 1965 graduate of Carle Place High School, NY.  He retired from Winthorp Hospital in Mineola, NY after 30 years of employment.

Preceded in death by his parents and his brother George L. Fullan, he is survived by his brother Vincent B. Fullan (Deborah) and sister Violette R. Jacobson (Peter).

Private services to be held at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Hospice of Middletown.
