POTTORF, Gertrude "Gertie" (nee: Blevins), 91, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday October 13, 2021 at her residence. Born March 11, 1930 in Fagan, KY to Bruce M. and Ada Belle (nee: Poynter) Blevins, she was a dedicated wife and mother. She was a 45 year member of the First Baptist Church in Lebanon, where she sang in the choir and was a Sunday School teacher. She also worked for the church for 2 years as the secretary. After the closing of the church, she attended the Middletown First Baptist church where she served as a Deacon. She returned to church in Lebanon as a member of the Lebanon Presbyterian Church several years ago. She was a founding member of the Lebanon Chorus, a member of the Garden Club, a 20 year member of the Middletown Civic Chorus and was an avid golfer.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Maldwyn "Chet" Pottorf, brother, Bruce Blevins, sister, Lillian Kuntz, Cassie Sexton and Juanita Welch, she is survived by her two daughters, Sunny Duckels and Nancy Pottorf Rourke of Lebanon, OH, her brother, James Darrell (Velta) Blevins, her grandchildren, Rebecca Ann Herz, Damon (Mandy) Wells and Aaron (Amy) Wells, her great grandchildren, Katie Langston, Breanna and Cody Wells and Sydney and Hayden Wells, one great granddaughter, Raelynn Langston and many nieces, nephews and other family.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 18, 2021 from 6-8 PM with funeral service on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 10 AM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Reverend Peter Larson officiating. Interment will follow in Miami Cemetery in Corwin, OH. Memorial donations requested to the Lebanon Presbyterian Church in Gertie's name.
