Gerald F. Brown, 86, of South Charleston, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024 at Kettering Health in Dayton. Born on February 19, 1938 to Clifford and Edna (nee: Halsted) Brown in Lebanon, OH, Gerald retired from Ford Motor Company after 45 years of service. He was a member of numerous Tractor Clubs, including the Fort Ancient Restored Machinery Club and the Ohio Antique Tractor Pull Association.

Preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Jean (nee: Gibbs) Brown, one son, Thomas Brown, four brothers, David, Harry, Carl and Andrew Brown and one sister, Helen Burton.

He is survived by his five sons, Gerald Brown, Jr. of Tipp City, Richard (Vicki) Brown of Sidney, John (Brenda) Brown of Lebanon, Ronald (Tonya) Brown of Fresno, CA, Robert (Christal) Brown of New Madison, one daughter, Rebecca Brown of Maineville, one brother, Glenn Brown, 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation, Sunday, July 7, 2024 from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM with a funeral service the following day, at 2:00 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment immediately following in Lebanon Cemetery.
